Total Self Protection also provides Self Defence Courses that are tailored to your needs. Whether your a company or a group of individuals wanting an intensive 1 day course or a 10 week course (1-2 hour sessions a week) we can work to our clients individual requirements.

For example, a women-only course would include scenarios commonly experienced by lone women traveling to and from work as well as some of the practical skills needed to deal with attacks by male assailants.

Our basic self defence course would aim to ensure that your personnel come away with a higher level of situational awareness and an understanding of basic self defence techniques, it would also serve as a team-building exercise resulting in improved confidence, morale, performance and productivity.
